Topping out for the New House at 11 Lacplesa Street

The new building in the centre of Riga, Club Central Residence II, which is the second seven-storey high residential building, is celebrating the reaching of its highest point.

The topping out marks a significant stage of development of the building’s construction, when the building reaches its highest point and the construction of the framework and roof is completed.

The building in construction, which is being implemented by LNK Industries JSC in the centre of Riga, at 11 Lacplesa Street, is part of a block between Lacplesa and Gertrudes streets that is reappearing in its new image. The construction costs of the building are 5.5 million euros, and it is funded by Citadele bank.

Upon completion of this impressive project, within four years, the historic centre of Riga will be complemented by a complex of two newly constructed buildings and two renovated houses, combining the best traditions of Riga's historical construction with the latest trends in development of the world's cities.

The architect and interior designer of the building is SZK/Z LLC and its leading architect Ugis Zabers (Uģis Zābers). The total area of the house will be 3930 m². There will be 28 apartments on the seven floors of the building above ground level. The total investment of the construction project of the block will exceed 13 million euros, and the construction of the house at 11 Lacplesa Street will cost 5.5 million euros. The project has been developed by Axi Invest LLC and the commercial rights for the building's premises are reserved to the premium segment real estate company Baltic Sotheby's International Realty
